There are also fitness kickboxing classes coming soon and every option and resource this plsce has helps improve your physical and mental health. Not to mention confidence, self-esteem, etc. The staff and students here are also very friendly! They also are welcoming to dogs and babiesHighly recommend this place! “I am so impressed with this program. My six year old son has been going the last few months and his confidence and focus have already improved. The first priority is to have fun, and they certainly have a lot of fun. I cannot say enough great things about the instructors, they are so great with kids and while having fun are concurrently teaching respect and important life skills to the kids. There are a lot of girls in the class which is awesome and if I had a girl I would for sure have her try it out. I am so glad I stumbled upon them. They let you try it free for the first couple weeks without obligation, I highly recommend giving it a try.“

“We started Haugh's from getting a deal through silent auction at our boys school. Originally we were only planning on having our oldest Join. But master Haugh was so nice and let all 3 boys try it out for free. Maybe it's kindness, maybe brilliant marketing but all 3 boys fell in love. How could you not, he is so kind, so gentle and so inclusive! He meets the kids where they are, doesn't force anyone do something they are not ready for. The biggest thing he teaches is confidence, respect, and positive values. My wife is a teacher and she has even learned how to better teach and reach her students. We are happy we found this wonderful school!“
