i got a terrible pedicure over at palm nails spa in windsor - they cut all my nails unevenly, slanted, crooked, and the lengths of each toe nail was inconsistent. the paint looked scratched and unevenly done. some toe nails were painted more than others with lots of coats of nail polish. when i showed up to gem nails, they could instantly see how terribly my nails were done. they ended up fixing the bad job that the other spa did. i love this nail spa. the service is great and they nail techs are detail oriented. i will return :))

I've been coming to Gem Nail Spa for a while and I always leave with amazing nails. I've always had a great experience and all the ladies in the spa are so nice and welcoming. I've always done my nails with Su, she is just amazing at what she does and I always leave her chair feeling happy with my nails. She never rushes her work and really takes her time you her your nails looking exactly how toy want them!

Never disappoint always satisfied whenever I need a little self-care treatment. Can always count on them for a good set of nails. Gem nails has a great friendly staff whom each are very detailed and thorough with their work. Overall great place to get your nails done !
