What an awful business, they took my insurance. Ran it and claimed that they have no more appointments for the rest of the YEAR. I laughed I literally laughed on the phone. This place isn't worth it. I guess not everyone deserves to have eye sight. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Dr Poon is very thorough and quick. The ladies that help you find your glasses are very nice and patient. This is my new eye care specialists from now on. Abby was so sweet helping my Daughter and myself with our glasses.

I've been a patient for many years. The receptionist Angie is the Optometrist's wife and a pleasure to talk to. The Optometrist Dr. Walker has always been rather unfriendly and awkward. Zero sense of humor but he has always done a good job and I like to be loyal. However, the last time I was there, he was EXTREMELY RUDE and condescending to his wife directly in front of me. I will never go back because of this incident. It was appalling and he should be ashamed of his disgusting behavior. I can only imagine how she is treated when nobody is around.
