prepared my taxes with ease. there was no hassle -- Enrique is a really friendly guy. This is my first year doing my taxes so i was scared of not having all my materials but he was really helpful with walking me through the process which was awesome. My parents and family all recommended this place to me and it was well worth taking the shot!

Horrible customer service. I called and made an appointment for notary. Come at appointed time. He tells me his notary stamp is out of ink and he can’t do it. Seriously? I leave he comes out and tells me to be nice. Takes a picture license plate. Do no go there

Holy cow. Horrible experience. Strange office. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM. After arriving for a scheduled notary appointment the man says he has no ink and can't notarized my documents. WTF. now I've lost 2 hours and needed this done ASAP. I highly recommend Pack, Shop & More for your notary needs ( plus their shipping, shipping and more). They saved my day
