I made my reservation online, the day before. I chose the 11:30am spot for a hot stone massage, but when it confirmed with me, I saw that I had been placed at the 9 am spot. I called and asked for it to be fixed. No problem. I arrived a little early, but was ushered immediately into room 1. I asked to use the restroom first. When I came out of the restroom, I was ushered back into room one and the door was shut behind me. No instructions. I figured that I should probably change, so I started to undress. Was so worth it, and it was easy to set up by phone reservations .... the staff really took three time in masking, sure you were comfortable and welcomed to help with any pressure adjustment needed..I will be gong back for sure..

Decent massage but I booked body and feet and they never touched my feet once. I came June 1st and paid for the service with my debit card, not a gift card. The massage therapists never asked where I needed attention. There was 2 of us booked for our 3pm appt.
