“Jeff has been there ever since day one, March 2021. He has been just a phone call away for any questions or concerns. All resolved quickly and honestly just my inexperience with a pool. Follow up service has been great. They do great quality work and great suggestions for future planning of your backyard while doing the construction. They are amazing and I would highly recommend them. They did the pool and cement work. Picture shows the completion of our dream backyard. Also note, we got the pool that is not as deep. 5 ft 6 in at its deepest. That worked better for us due to little kids. The large step option works great at the shallow end. Enjoy your next pool!“

“Rental Rehab Inc. managed, by husband and wife team. Theresa and Brian were recommended to me at the TeeVax Appliance store by Phillip. They personally visited my home twice before we began the process. We had them remove all of the popcorn ceilings on the first floor of our home, approximately 1000 ft.² which also included the repair and replacement of the drywall in our entry way . Along with that they textured and painted the ceilings, hung new light fixtures inside and out. Painted entry doors and even did a roof patch. Not only is the work quality and fairly priced., they also worked with a sense of urgency to complete a large list of projects in a timely manner. They communicated every step of the process and the team worked cleanly and neatly. Theresa And Brian have even returned afterwards to check the work to make sure everything was in good order. I can highly recommend them for any home project you have in mind. They are local, responsive and competitively priced.“

“I very rarely write reviews but I cannot miss the opportunity to pass on my recommendation for Robert De Wan and his really FANTASTIC service. I had a serious situation with water damage at my home which necessitated removing bathroom walls, tub and shower. It was an ugly job that required hours and hours of really hard work. It turned out beautifully in a short period of time!Not only did I get a price that was more than fair (I got quotes from several other contractors), I was able to establish a working relationship with Robert that felt like real team work. I have not experienced this before, as I am a woman and in the past I have felt disregarded when it comes to construction projects. Not so with Robert! I felt respected, listened to, cared about and communicated with every step of the way.I felt so grateful for his consideration and his know how and also for his suggestions as to how to make the job more affordable. “We were doing a full kitchen remodel and I went into the whole process with a bit of trepidation. But these guys put all my anxieties down quickly. They are the real deal; the workmanship is top-notch and their prices are totally fair. We had the inevitable project speed bumps, like unknown structural issues or 80 year-old plumbing issues; but Anthony and has team were quick to come up with solutions, and they were able to work with me to keep additional costs under control. We had no issues with any sub-contractors and were just as pleased with their work. He's chosen some great people to partner with. Even though the the project is now complete, Anthony has committed to coming back for a couple very minor follow-ups. 10/10, highly recommend and would definitely work with again.“

“P&Y was great to work with from the start. Their showroom had several samples and made it easy to narrow in on what we were looking for. Ping guided us through the whole process and her team even installed the countertops. We were just doing a mini kitchen remodel so this was the perfect option for us to have a place we could go select the materials, demo, installation and everything. I had shopped around a bit and the prices were great too. We are so happy with the quality and look of the countertops!“

“We had purchased new wood door is only to find out that the door companies do not finish the doors. We hired JDM to stain and finish the doors and did an amazing job. We were so happy that we hired them to do the interior painting of our house, and again their level of professionalism and courtesy and quality work was outstanding. We just contracted them to paint the exterior of the house. Knowing the basic color scheme, we wanted to go with, Justin was very helpful with color selection and contrast trim colors. Justin is very courteous, professional and knows his stuff. JDM is not inexpensive, however, they use top quality paints, top quality workmanship, and the end result is well worth it. Overall, I feel it was a good value. While we have nothing left to paint, I understand JDM also does windows and screens. So guess what? Yep, they'll be doing our windows soon.“

“After 19 years with a kitchen that was designed in the 70's I was ready for a remodel. My husband being the CPA wanted multiple quotes so we interviewed 5 contractors without success. I was about to take a sledgehammer to the kitchen just to get it started when Christina, a designer at ProSource, recommended Caroline Weaver. I called her and got a quote which fit within our budget and made my husband happy. I had ordered appliances in August that were to be delivered in January. OK that worked we'll just store them in the garage. I ordered our cabinets from ProSource (also a great company to work with) in October. I was told it would take up to 16 weeks to get the cabinets which was OK with me but pushing into tax season which probably would have given my husband a heart attack. Anyway, the ball had started to roll when SURPRISE(!) the cabinets were ready to be delivered in December. After a bit of panic. I contacted Caroline and let her know that the cabinet company would hold the cabinets until January but the timeline had been pushed forward. As luck would have it she had an unexpected cancellation and was able to fit us in. The day in early January that her crew came over to begin demolition we had lost power and it was absolutely pouring rain. It was no problem for them they just merrily went about demolishing the kitchen.The job was expected to take 5-6 weeks they were finished in 4 and it was beautiful. So here is what I love about Monument Home Services, Caroline Weaver, Wade, Tyler and Juan (her team).Caroline always responded quickly to my questions and I had a lot of questions. The team showed up on time everyday altho' honestly 7am killed me. I'm not a morning person. They were completely professional in everything they did.They cleaned up every night before they left. I mean REALLY cleaned up.The work they did was perfect. Wade is a perfectionist and it showed. I never felt that is was just "good enough" It was beautifully done and he added touches that improved the overall look. I have two bathrooms that I am going to remodel and I will have Caroline Weaver and her awesome team do them!I have recommended her to everyone I know.“
