Our AC stopped blowing any air at all and we had determined it was probably the blower. Martin came out and confirmed the problem and even though we were up-valley, he left to go get the part and came back and installed it the same day. I was surprised he didn't want to reschedule the installation for a different day since we were up-valley in St. Helena. We also wanted a minor change to the AC settings and he took care of that as well. One other nice thing was we supplied Martin with the model number of the unit and he had researched it before he got here, so when he did arrive, he was ready to go! Martin, the owner of Comfort Response Team, is an excellent technician who can pinpoint your problem and solve it. He is honest and reasonable in his charges. Best of all is he is a delightful and professional service provider. I am very happy with his service and highly recommend him.

Comfort Response is professional, pleasant and most important, fair. Martin arrived timely, quickly identified and fixed the problem of the non-working unit, and didn’t push unnecessary service. Delighted to meet our new heating/cooling expert. Thanks Martin
