“Neel's showed up at 8:45 in the morning and I had a meeting at 9. I asked if they could give me about 15 minutes without noise and to let me know when they would make noise so I could mute my mic. Ash agreed and did his best to work with me. Ash and Nathan removed the old system and installed the new system with minimal mess and noise. These two guys got everything done by 1:30 pm! This was honestly a nightmare since last October due to my home warranty company (old republic home) consistently delaying to replace my unit with their cheap under table contractors and pretty much trying to stall till my warranty expires. Fast-forward a year and a half later our brand new AC unit shut quit working in triple digit weather. we reach out to the company as well as our contact letting them know that our AC unit was out. “I had a difficult issue with my mini split that required Paul and his crew to come to the site 4 times while coordinating with the manufacturer. It took weeks to get clear direction from the manufacturer tech support staff, but Paul navigated it professionally and was able to handle the warranty claim for me. In the end he only charged me for the time/materials for installing the part, and the freight charged by the manufacturer. “* Updated from the below earlier review. Huft made it right! Christopher, from Huft, contacted me a few hours after leaving my review. He coordinated the fix to all of our issues before I was able to call him back. His service techs were out here for about 6 hours today installing a new furnace. Christopher even had their system updated to reflect my pre-payment of the labor extension plan. Fingers crossed that the new furnace will fix all the issues that this system has been having. Thank you Christopher and Huft for actually caring about your business and customers! We bought a brand new heater and AC from Huft 3 years ago and every season since then each system has gone out. This time they charged me for labor costs. I checked my old paperwork and I pre-paid $1,000 for 10 years of labor! They should have that on file and not have charged me. Now I have to contact them and try to get my labor costs back. I hate this new system. It's been nothing but issues since Huft installed it.“
