“Booked an appointment with Mike months ago because he's a busy artist. Showed up and he was prepping for the session. He drew the piece and it was to small so he had to resize it but he was very patient. Location is very clean and he ensured to sanitize everything. He allowed me to park in the back! It was a 7 hour session and we took a minor break but I very satisfied with the outcome and I get so many compliments about it! Thank you Michael!“

My entire experience with Charlene and Outer Limits was incredible. Charlene was always very open to collaborate and work with me on my vision for the piece. While we worked out the details of how it would look, Charlene had this perfect combination of voicing her opinions and concerns, all-the-while never making me feel pressured to change my mind about anything. I always felt like I had the final say, and that my choice would be fully respected and supported. Also, having spent over 12 hours there, I can easily say Outer Limits' other staff, and the establishment itself is incredibly friendly and professional.

With my teenage girl she value her opinion and treated her with respect. The best part of it all were her prices. Beyond affordable She needs to change more. She offered post piercing help.
