I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. “Dr. Flores (aka, Dr. Jim) is a fantastic doctor and one of the most naturally kid friendly pediatricians we have ever met! We were looking for someone who was close to us, thorough and detail oriented, knowledgeable and experienced, and possessing a kind and engaging bedside manner. Dr. Jim is all of those things! He takes plenty of time to listen to and address all of our concerns and then asks us important questions about possibilities we had never even considered. We really appreciate that we are talking to an obvious expert who is actively drawing upon his years of experience to help us. He has a quick memory for detail and patient history like you would not believe, which makes us feel like we are always getting exactly the advice and specific care we need for our little one as an individual. Also, I saw a couple of the other reviewers had trouble with his office several years ago. We have only had the best experiences with the office staff. “Tiny Pediatrics is Amazing. My baby was having a bad rash due to an Allergy to Amoxicillin which was prescribed by another dr & Dr. Karlsson was able to pinpoint that. We immediately followed her instructions & his rash disappeared. What I loved the most is that no doctor will answer before office hours when it is the most crucial painful time when a child is sick. And she did and was wonderful! Thank you so much I will definitely recommend you to my friends & hopefully next time I contact you during normal business hours! God Bless you!“

“Dr. O Patel and her assist Daniel are very good professionals they listen to the patients concerns and have done an outstanding job on my left 2nd 3rd toes nails. The tech cut out the old nail growing out wrong due to severe trauma of both toe nails. Bith nails grew back, and the next visit, the tech trimmed n filed my toe nails. They also treated my athletes' feet and gave me some medicated cream for my feet. I was told how to correctly care for my feet, change socks daily, n wear shoes every 2 days for proper ventilation. They have bedside manners and are passionate about treating their patients. I rate them 5 stars.“

“This place is incredible. I brought my little brother here for the research vaccine and met Dr. Sher. Turns out my little brother has diabetes and didn't know it. He is not insured but to my amazement, Dr Sher had him go next door to his other clinic for a physical and treatment for FREE. Can you believe it? I know a lot of doctors and most only care about money. Meeting Dr Sher actually made my day since it is rare to find people like him these days. He seems to truly care about people and making this planet better. I hope others will help with his research as I will be introducing everyone I know to him and his clinics.“

The office girls are doing their best although they may be short staffed. I have to call back about twice but my messages are always heard and handled. Dr. Jordan Michelena is the best doctor ever. He takes good notes and he listens to everything. Of all the years I have gone to many dr.s but I settled with this Dr. Michelena I refuse to go anywhere else! Give them a chance they are the best!“

“I recently went for knee therapy at Optum Skypark in Torrance Calif. My PT therapist name is Amber Gore. She was so patient with me, I am 76 year old and explained each movement to me very clearly. Amber asked me several times if I was feeling ok during the work out , and offered me water after I got a little dizzy because I had not eaten, silly me. Amber is so well trained I am giving her 100 score, because of her personality and care!
