They charge to start a job and. The receptionist never answers questions just to get paid, she doesn't know anything and doesn't understand what kind of communication there is between the preparer and his representative.They never answer the phone, why do they provide a phone or why do they want clients if they don't give them the required service?Whoever decides to work with this company I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

This place is really bad from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. The older lady has a really bad attitude I don't even know why she still working there. Not to mention that they don't answer the phone and when they do they tell you to hold but in reality that's just a polite way of them clicking on you because they put you on the longest hold so that you end up clicking. REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star but a 0 !!! Also if you make an appointment ahead of time for some reason the people that walk in go before you? NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE!
