We brought our two cats to establish care with Dr. Chana and could not have been more pleased with the care and service we received from start to finish! Everyone that we interacted with (CSRs, techs, and dr) were all so kind and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean, the exam room had soft calming bird sounds playing during our appointment which helped soothe our anxious kitties. The technician took our patient history and shortly after Dr. Chana came in to discuss our appointment needs. She answered all of our questions (of which there were many) and was very thorough. Whether it's a phone call, email, or text, this staff communicates effectively regarding anything from appointments to simple (sometimes stupid) new pet owner questions! The staff who greeted us and the Vet were all friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They addressed everything we needed and more and reached out after the appointment to make sure I had answers for my pet needs. Excellent experience ?

Awesome experience! Brought my kitten in for his vaccinations. The vet laid out my options for vaccinations and gave me the pricing range before anything was done. Also, everyone there is very kind and willing to answer any of my questions. Would definitely recommend!
