Our son join this studio 6 months ago. He appreciates the practical and effective style of this martial art. We wanted him to learn how to carry himself with confidence, defend himself and learn to intervene on behalf of someone who may not be able to defend themselves. The instructors are so encouraging, even sending post cards cheering our son on in his journey. Monthly character lesson sheets are turned in that facilitate great discussions at home. Strong character attributes like respect and responsibility are verbally reinforced in class too. We are blessed to have found this studio! God willing we are going all the way to black belt!
My son has been going to WCKM for three years now, and he absolutely LOVES it. It has given him confidence and some skills that hopefully he will never have to use in real life..but if he does, I hope the other kid is prepared. :)My son considers Mr. Micah (one of the instructors) to be one of his friends despite the fact they are probably 15 years apart in age. Mr. Micah is great with kids, and he is super knowledgeable in several martial arts.if you are looking for a fun place for your kids to burn some energy and make new friends, come check WCKM out. (And join fight class on Saturday’s!)
MMA you can't go wrong with that and a time for great values for the kids to learn. Want your kids not to grew up snowflake zombies this is a great place for them to learn and u can go here 4 times a week if u like. ?
