“I called Caleb because I saw his introduction post on a local FB group and his portfolio was very impressive. I was looking to get a tattoo for my daughter and he was very excited to do it as it was his first time doing a tattoo with fruits (I had a lemon tattoo done. Daughter's nickname). We spoke on the phone to discuss what I wanted and his process and pricing and scheduled the appointment. I have to say that I was glad to hear that he was excited to do it as his his first in this category and the it definitely shows in his workmanship. The design came out perfect for what I was looking for and when it was completed I was beyond impressed with how vibrant the colors turned out. I put off getting tattooed for years because I was waiting to find a good artist I could afford, that also didn't give me the heebie geebies. finally found Ronnie through word of mouth, and he has great bedside manor, line work, color work, and affordable pricing. “Went for Friday the 13th, so I expected a long wait time and crowds. Fortunately, they had all their flash art displayed and clearly labeled, along with a Google form to fill out so it wasn't just a mash of bodies waiting in the sun. I received an email to return to fill out the waiver and hang nearby until my artist was ready. Upon arrival, everyone was super nice. There was one genre of music outside and another inside, many available seats, and they even had a speaker to call names to ensure no one missed their chance. Then, my turn came. I got a simple Super Mario Bros tattoo. My artist was amazing and we talked about our families. I recognized my artist, but since I deprived myself of food and coffee in the morning, I totally spaced on his name and was mentally calling him Captain Tattoo. A bonus... he didn't make me feel like a dumbass when I asked his name. Thank you, Spike. You're awesome. I'll definitely go back, whether on a whim again, to finish my leg, or if my kids tell me to get a Pokémon tattoo. I absolutely recommend this place and respect all the charities they support.“

“Took my little sister here for her first tattoo. She found this spot and had her decision set on scheduling an appointment with Caleb. She wanted a tattoo of Sweetheart from Omori framed in a heart, full color, etc. Seeing Caleb’s work, I tried suggesting a different artist that fit more for what she was wanting for the tattoo as his forte seemed to be bold lines but, she still made the decision to see Caleb. Her money, her decision. I just wanted to make sure she was comfortable as she initially planned on going alone and taking an Uber.

He’s really personable, seemed really up for the design, and reassured my little sister of her anxiety for her first tattoo. I just found it sketch that he didn’t mention a price range for the tattoo until we had to ask which he quoted between $600-$650. I made sure my sister was okay with spending that much to which she agreed.

Process went well. Colors and shading were great. The linework, however, didn’t really meet the standard that the reviews were describing. My little sister was happy with how it turned so that’s all I can ever ask for. The price just seemed a little high for the end product but it is what it is. Nothing inherently negative to say. This was a big social pedestal for her to overcome so I’m glad Caleb was able to assist with that.“

“Jon, I can't even begin to adequately express how much I love my tattoo. I have shared the shop information with about 10 friends/family members so far. Aside from your amazing skill, I also just want to reiterate again what a great experience I had on Thursday. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but not only is your shop absolutely beautiful and so damn fun with all the little Easter eggs of artwork, collectibles, memorabilia, etc. the whole vibe was just perfect. You guys were all so real and the conversations flowed effortlessly. Never once did I feel out of place. Again, I don't have a lot to compare it to as this was only my 2nd tattoo and my first one was 18 years ago but it is clear that your passion for the industry, respect for your friends/fellow artists, your transparency and your integrity is something that shines through. Thank you for taking on my request and doing a style for me that you normally do not do anymore. I'm glad our paths crossed and I can't wait to book with you again. Side note: I can also confidently say that every artist at Fallen Crow Tattoo is beyond talented. This is not a shop where only one or two of the artists have impressive portfolios. They are ALL AMAZING. Go follow them on Instagram and from there you can follow all the individual artists. Also worth mentioning- The most respectable thing happened while I was there, a person walked in asking to get on the books for a specific style of tattoo and these guys (and gals) have no problem acknowledging which artist is best suited for the request depending on their style strengths and preferences. Not only does that show that they take care of each other but it also shows that they want to make sure the client has the best possible outcome and experience.“
