My daughter needed three pairs of pants hemmed before returning back to school, but I'd forgotten about them. All the other places I called said they'd need a week to do the work which is understandable. Prompt Cleaners told me they'd take at least two days to hem all three, but had them done in just one. The quality of their work was very good as well as the pricing.

This place definitely had some kinks in the beginning but I have had great experiences in the last couple years. Dolores who I always see when I stop by for a while now is very sweet, friendly and helpful. I continue to go back because of her.Service: Alterations

I look at the other reviews and I've never had any of those experiences. Sure, their front staff is always changing, and some not so good, but they've always been polite, done a good job, and not charge an arm and a leg. I've been to others and I won't go back, but have never had an issue here
