“I've been going to Paws appeal. For quite some time.. The shop has been bought by a new owner and they are doing a fantastic job. The place smells and looks Clean when you walk in. The staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable about grooming the dogs. I have even gotten phone calls in the middle of a grooming to double check what I wanted. My dogs always come back, well taken care of and looking their best. They are happy and don't seem scared or anything when I pick them up which I have experienced at other grooming locations in the past. Their prices are fair, which is also a great plus.“

“I always have an amazing experience with all their staff. They really do care about the animals and always take me in on an emergency basis if needed. I have five dogs and sometimes accidents happen when playing. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else!“

“We had a non-emergent but urgent situation our pet needed to be seen for. Making an appt was easy and they were very helpful. We were brought in at our appt time and were seen quickly. The doctor wasn't terribly friendly to us but sweet to our pet. A recommendation was made and once we decided best course of action they were able to treat her right away. They called when they were done as they said they would and we picked up our pet when they expected we would be able to. We will be back. Thanks“
