“I recently had the pleasure of working with Sievers Construction on a paver project for my patio and sidewalk at my home. After receiving bids from several contractors I decided to go with Sievers Construction and I am glad I did. I was looking for a local construction company that didn’t have several layers of people with their unnecessary hands in the project. Without exception the larger companies had overhead that included fees to organizations like Angie’s, telemarket fees, commission sales doing the bids, general contracting companies, then the subcontractors, foreman for the project and that was all before paying the workers for the project. From the initial meeting with Salvadore, who owns the company, each stage of the project was completed in a manner that exceeded my expectations and within budget. I would highly recommend Salvadore and Sievers Construction for their attention to detail and dedication to delivering excellent work.“
“Had a grade-A experience with Jose and his team. He was the first person to respond and come by to give me a quote for a backyard renovation. After consulting with 5 contractors, we went with Blue Agave and we're so happy with our choice. What made our decision was that Jose gave us guidance on how to make the most of our square footage. We had an idea of the layout we wanted, but he made suggestions that made it even better. He also explained pricing for materials and worked with our budget, and got us better results that we initially imagined. The communication was very important to us and Jose always held up his end of the bargain.We have a new construction so our backyard started out looking like a desert. Now we have a raised area for our gazebo, a raised slab for our fire pit area, and a concrete patio that wraps around the home and connects to the driveway.The turf was great quality! Exactly what we wanted.They got the project done in less than 2 weeks (about 9 business days). Overall experience with the team was great - they are a hard working group that came in early in the morning and were very respectful of the property.We'll be calling them again for our future front yard needs!“
“Joe was great! We are moving into a new home and had all kinds of misc. fixes we needed that we did not have time to do. He provided an estimate that was revised when needed (aka when I added 100 things to the list). He got a ton done in a day: caulking in the kitchen and bathrooms, filling a hole from a broken tile, removing and hauling away shelves, replacing door locks, fixing a baseboard, snaking and cleaning out sinks and showers, cleaning shower heads, fixing crooked door handles, replacing a screen, and more. I know it's not the biggest construction job but it was really necessary and helpful. Will certainly use again for future needs.“
