“The honesty of this owner was so impressive. I told him our situation, that we moved out and the land lord was unhappy with the cleanliness of the house. Sam explained that he would let me know when he got to the house after I sent him pictures of when I received the house if the land lord was being reasonable. I received a phone call and he told me not to do anything that it was unreasonable the amount of cleaning the landlord wanted especially when we got the house not in that condition. Sam was so honest he wouldn’t even accept payment for the time he took to go to the house. I am so impressed with this company. I really like a straight up person that tells it like it is. Thank you Sam you saved us from spending money we would never get back.“

He was able to immediately come out (happened to catch him on a day that was supposed to be worse weather - so got lucky!), gave us a fair quote, super friendly and obviously very knowledgeable, easy communication and showed up when he said he would, and did great work! What more could you ask for?! He cleaned carpet in our walk-in closet, several area rugs and a couch for us. The couch literally looked new when he was done with it! And he walked us through the different materials on each area rug and what was needed to ensure the best outcome for each (one of which was wool so very particular). “Nancy and her two additional cleaners were polite and did an incredible job. Got a deep clean and extremely pleased, everything in my home is sparkling and smells clean. They even cleaned door jambs and my sliding glass doors inside and outside, microwave, fans, not even kidding I’m pretty sure they even wiped down my cosmetic bottles in the bathroom. No detail untouched.

My 1 bed/2 bath 900 sq ft place was in fairly bad shape and they completed everything in 2 hours plus they didn’t mention or make me feel bad for it being messy. Priced accordingly for a deep clean but well worth it! Thank you and plan to use your services again!“
