We just got our brand new puppy and everyone at the facility made us feel so comfortable. We’ve had nothing but great service and great, but thank you so much for this company. They service it area very well new to this area. They may feel very comfortable.
I filled out paperwork online for my pet (a new patient) which (IMO) would save check-in time. Upon arrival I was asked to fill out paperwork. I explained I completed the paperwork online, but the receptionist could not pull up the information on their computer. When checking out I noticed the breed of my pet was listed incorrectly, so naturally I pointed this out. They stated they would correct in their system for the next visit. Guess I file my claim with my pet insurance company with an incorrect breed listed?
I’ve been to many Veterinary’s but Dr Elamir and Marlee Murray provided the best experience by far! They are caring and made my experience for my Koko and myself exceptional. Thank you for providing such great care for my Koko??
