My husband took our 10 year old son's suit here to be altered. They would not have been my choice for an alteration, but I asked him to handle it and that's where he went. When he got home he told me it would be ready in TEN DAYS. I was shocked. Why would it take so long?! I've never had any alterations take so long. He assured me it would be fine. Fast forward ten days later when I go to pick up the suit, and I find out the cost of the alteration was $75.00!!! FOR A LITTLE BOYS SUIT?!? They did a VERY MINOR alteration on his pants and jacket (maybe 1/2 an inch on each). At first I thought (hoped) I misunderstood, nope, $75.00!! I texted my husband asking him if he had asked the price before leaving the suit, he did not, so that was on him. If he knew what they were going to charge for such a minor alteration, I'm sure he wouldn't have left it with them. What a ridiculous and dishonest price.

I've been going to Walt's for over 10 years or more! No fluff. But Susie knows my name and never asks for my phone number to pull up my account. They are reliable and great work. I've never had an issue.

The lady that works there is very rude and was clearly annoyed with any questions I asked. Their prices are also very high. Would never go back. The only reason I left outfit is because I needed same day and had no time to go elsewhere.
