Buying a home was one of the scariest decisions I made. So much uncertainty, doubt and disappointment that come with it. It’s a big commitment almost like marriage lol. I didn’t know exactly what I would experience, but I had heard so many bad experiences, which is why I needed to find a team that knew what they were doing and that I could trust and had my family’s best interest at heart. I did my research and spoke to family and friends and found Remo’s team. We joined one of the first time home buyer workshops that answered so many of my questions. We were then assigned to Alina and I couldn’t be happier that they partnered our family with her. She gave us a very warm welcome and always made us feel at ease. She answered all our questions and always made sure we knew all our options. I am beyond happy to say we are now living in our brand new home making memories that will last a lifetime. My first interaction with Remo was back a few years ago. I attended a Home Owners Workshop in Whittier. I did not pre-qualify for a home at that time, but he and team did give me a financial guide to follow. In March of this year I attended a remote Home Owners workshop to refresh my home shopping knowledge since the current buyers market is so crazy (to say the least). Previous to Remo's workshop, I had been home shopping since October of 2020 with no luck. After Remo's remote workshop I was interviewed by Kathy. This woman is amazing, maybe psychic even. She literally took the time to hear my grievances, likes, and all in between. She then paired me with Francisco Arroyo (agent) and Eduardo Tarin (Lender). Francisco is the MOST patient soul I have ever met. The market has been quite volatile, I was frustrated, tired and had given up on ever owning a home. After my pity party in telling Francisco I was not pursuing a home purchase anymore, he re-focused me on the prize *MY HOME* Francisco was relentless in this journey, did not make me feel like a transaction, always refer to "we" instead of "you", never lost his cool (even when sellers cancelled showings when we arrived at the viewings) always calm, collected but above all knowledgeable and positive. He worked tirelessly with Escrow and Eduardo to make sure all my paperwork was in order to get a smooth transaction. Even the hiccups we encountered he handled them and continued to guide me through this process. He made me feel like I was the only client he was working with because not once did he not answer my calls (numerous), texts and emails. Once escrow opened I was introduce to Jessica. Jessica kept me informed and updated on what's to come during escrow, answered my questions and maneuvered all the HOA details for my new home. I got used to seeing Jessica's emails on Monday mornings with the week's agenda or what to "expect this week". Let me tell you, that made all the difference. I did not feel lost, I understood what was coming down the road, why and what to expect. I was blindfolded but yet I wasn't, lol. This team does not only communicate with their client, their internal communication is quite impressive and welcomed. Thanks to the dedication, attention to their client(s) needs, Remo has the BEST team you can hire. Home purchase is one of the MOST expensive Investments of our lives, Remo and his team know this and they make sure to get you there. They share your views, your goals and desire of Home Ownership. Remo and team got me there, their advice and guidance was truthful, transparent and honest a few years back when I first met them, and that guidance is what changed my title to a *Home Owner*.
