Tip Top Barber Shop is the only place I will have my hair cut. Delmar has been cutting my hair for the past 7 years and never once gave me a bad cut. The vibes of this shop are top notch.Services: Long haircut

Over a year an half ago i was looking for a barber shop closer to home, once i found this spot i haven’t looked anywhere else. they are all amazing barbers but Luis and Elvis are my guys, they been getting me right since I started coming here.

The best spot in Whittier ! I went to a lot and this is the one. I always book with Elvis he’s a beast ? the experience here is dope and vibe is great. Definitely come here if u looking for a good haircut. 10/10 spot
