Was looking for a new barber to take my three boys to since we just moved into Whittier. Ended up deciding to bring them to The Barber Shop. The shop had just opened about 10 minutes prior to walking in. I was immediately greeted and helped by one of the three barbers in the (Vince). I asked if they can take 3 walk-ins and they did. Shop was clean. The crew represented their trade with pride with how organized and welcoming they were to their shop. Each of my boys had an opportunity to get a fresh cut from different barbers (Hugo, Vince, and Karen). Each one was attentive to the style cut requested by each of my kids and did an absolute fantastic job. Their regulars coming in made the shop feel like a family visit more than just a barber shop. Best shop in Whittier by far cleaned up really nice always leaving feeling fresh ready for the weekend! Never have I been turned away for walking in, even when jammed pack. Shout out to Angel, good people here at TBS.
I gave 5 stars because, every time I take my son here with different barbers, it always turns out great! My son always verbalized how great the hair cut looks each time, and it gives him a boost of confidence each and every single time. This is priceless, especially in the mothers eyes. My son shows his appreciation each time. He talks about how many compliments he receives from his friends the entire week with every new hair cut from this place.
