I had a great relaxing experience getting a postpartum massage by Ann. I was able to feed and hold my newborn baby during the service. I highly recommend this to all postpartum moms!
First timer! I research Yelp for massage places in the area and Sacred Space Massage and Bodywork came up. I wanted to experience something different in a massage place than I have in the past and something told me this would be the right place. Sure was! I met with Ann and we discussed areas I wanted to focus on for my massage. I suffer from migraines that leave intense strain on my neck and shoulders. A type of strain that takes days to go away. I've been getting massaged by Ann for over a year now, and I now take my 7 year old son too! It's our little self care date once a month, we signed up for her monthly massage subscription (my son gets a 30 min and I do an hour) we get a little add on bonus with every massage with the subscription. My son loves the hot stones and aromatherapy immunity oils, I normally do the CBD oil. We sleep so good on massage days, I usually schedule an evening appointment and go home and straight to bed after.
