I have been coming to this urgent care for many years, these past few years they've elevated their service so much more! The service provided to their patients is incredible I am typically seen fairly quickly, and the nurses are so sympathetic. The doctor sits with you and takes the time to listen. It's a wonderful experience every time I visit this urgent care, top-notch service from their staff. Thank you to Dr. Diaz, Kassandra, Nicole and Angela, who were so kind and helpful today!
They also offer pediatric urgent care with a pediatrician on site! It was about a 30 mins and we got there right when they opened. Dr. Andrew was great! Very gentle and took great care of our toddler
Took a long time to get seen. Also I asked questions that were important to me and I was laughed off and as the health professional exited I heard him discuss and chuckle about my concerns with other people in the office.Also another health care professional did not swab right and I had to wait extra for another test to be preformed when doing the test another health care professional questioned me on why it wasn’t done correctly and made it seem like it was my fault. What a circus!!
