Can not speak highly enough about Pal Pro - they were so responsive and efficient. Josue our technician was lovely. He was very informative and thorough. The exterior of our home and our backyard, play structure had become covered in spiders and webs and he made sure to tackle every last web (even crawling inside the playhouse). We are using regular bi-monthly service now which is very reasonable to ensure our yard is safe spider/bug free for the kiddo. It made such a difference.
