Thanks so much, I was injured in bike vs car accident. My. 2 week old glass frames were broken, they put lenses in new frames, and did as warranty repair, really helped me out. Great people!!

Dr. Nakabayashi is as personable as she is professional. Efficient, thorough contact lens exam. The optician was wonderful, too. I don't want to deduct stars for this, but the receptionist lacked customer service and refused to take responsibility for anything. Everything is YOUR FAULT, YOUR PROBLEM. Just get past her and the rest of your appointment will be pleasant.

I wanted to find an eye doctor close to home, I've been wearing glasses for years so I don't have the pleasure to take them off when they bother me.Dr. Joy Nakabayashi was amazing an answered all of my questions and provided me my options. Next step select glasses I went with the Ray Ban's since I've been wearing them off and on for years. I did have an issue with the glasses, had to get them adjusted multiple times, finally Pat the office manager had me come in an select a new pair that she felt would be more comfortable for my needs.
