I went here after a month of growing my eyebrows and I was left with a thin eyebrow and they weren’t even matching thin eyebrows so I have to draw them in differently . It’s really disappointing because the whole time the lady commented on how I need to come in more often and how I had a lot of hair … so in judging my eyebrow growth she made them thin like her eyebrows … worst mistake of my life ! Now it’s going to take me months to grow them!

I hate giving places one star but this time it needed it. I've been coming here for 4 years in the past year my favorite lady had left to work somewhere else so they hired new people. I've been coming back frequently and no problems until now. This lady started of with "long time since threading huh" and my thought was lady you don't know what's going on in my life and why I haven't been back to get my eyebrows done heck she doesn't know that I actually got threaded a while ago but yet still decided to make a remark. This place isn't as good as they used to be. The lady wasn't friendly, left a cut by my right eyebrow, wasn't gentle and one of my eyebrows is slightly longer than the other. The time before that when threading it was so painful I had some tears streaming down. She didn't adjust her pressure to being more gentle when I expressed my pain and she saw my tears of pain.
