“Every time I've had to speak to Jacky at the office, she's had a bad attitude speaking to me and I don't know what her problem is. I used to live in Whittier and when I moved to Hollywood and tried rescheduling my driving lesson, she just kept saying "we don't service that area" instead of just telling me from the beginning what areas they do service. One day I called while I was at work to reschedule my lesson and she asked me what my permit number was and I asked, "don't you have that information already? I've already taken a lesson with you guys." and she just ignored me and said "what's your permit number?" to which I said "I don't have it on me at the moment" and so she said to call her back when I do have it. I ended up calling back but spoke to a man instead and he didn't even ask me for my permit number and he was friendly and helped me reschedule. Then I called to request a change in my pickup and drop off location and Jacky answered the phone. I told her that I was supposed to get picked up from Pico Rivera but I want to change the pickup and drop off to Whittier. She said I'm supposed to get picked up from Pico Rivera which was what I literally just said and finally she changed it for me. Overall, I have enjoyed my lessons with Cindy, she's very attentive and patient. It's just a pain having to talk to Jacky on the phone and it makes me not want to deal with this business again just because of her.“

“Ali was great and accommodating! He met our daughter on a Sunday and the following Monday for her test. She used Ali's testing car (which was a newer model sedan) and he kindly waited 2 hours at the DMV after her one hour lesson Monday morning, which was over the allotted time we planned for our DMV appointment.

She passed with 2 errors! Such an easy process with Ali! I wish I could give Ali 10 stars! Thanks again!!“

“It is terrifying when thinking about letting your baby go off in a car with some random stranger so they can teach them how to drive. My daughter's instructor was professional, punctual and very patient. He was a seasoned driver and arrived in different cars each time so it was great that she got to drive in different types of vehicles. My daughter said her instructor made her feel comfortable and she passed her driving test at the DMV with only missing 2 points!“

She was picked up dropped off from her grandmas home or our depending where she chose that day. This was a great help and she got it fast and got her license quick. “I’ve put aside the 6 hours with an instructor because of school and during the pandemic I’ve figured that I should get it done. (& my permit is expiring in a couple of months) I called numerous driving instructors in hopes of completing the 6 hours and Trans Oceans Driving School is the place where I felt most comfortable in doing so. My instructor, Sarah, was kind, patient, and understanding. And although there was somewhat of a language barrier because she only spoke Mandarin, she still tried striking up conversations and ultimately was in it to help her students succeed. There were many times where she asked if I needed a water break or anything really. After having multiple negative encounters with past instructors (rudeness, don’t text back, very high pricing, forgot to pick me up...) and finally contacting Sarah from Trans Ocean is surreal. In addition to all the positives, pricing is the lowest out of all the other instructors that I have worked with which is a huge +. Props to Sarah, definitely recommend if you want to learn how to drive & get those hours completed!“
