My father found this reliable company through Google. His skepticism had him on the edge of his seat due to money hungry and unreliable companies out there! He requested service for a wall heater which he had tried to fix. Shawn showed up which I may say was pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained to my father that he failed to remove the security plastic that was tucked in the new thermostat switch. Shawn then checked the heater thoroughly and charged my dad $65! Wow, he did not take advantage of him which is commonly known to happen. This company met our expectations and Shawn was the hero of the day! Thanks to this family owned business we have a warm home.
Requested help for an issue we had where the heater would sometimes not work and trip the safety switch. Shawn explained what was happening in layman's terms and was able to address the issue complete with before and after measurement readings. As always everything was neat and organized afterwards and was very professional. I'd always recommend them to the community whenever someone needs help with their HVAC and plumbing.
We had problems with our A/C and Spot On sent Shawn to assess the situation. He responded quickly at a time of record-breaking heat here in OC. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. After getting the unit to function, it was clear there were additional issues in the ducts in our attic that needed to be addressed. A team came out a week later to remove asbestos in an open, unsealed duct and replace and repair some other ducts. The unit now effectively forces air out of all vents and we have an overall cooler (and less hazardous) home. Every aspect of this service was high quality and exceeded our expectations.
