So, I called SPOT ON PLUMMING HEATING & AIR tonight at 5:00pm for a leak in my hot water intake line tonight and had someone here at 7:30 the same night. Tony cleaned up everything and truly very friendly. Fantastic job & very professional. Will definitely call them again! Sheri Currey, Brea CA
Shawn was prompt, honest, clean, patient, and helpful. He let us know all our options and did exactly what we needed. We could tell his observations came from years of experience and an ethical heart. This enabled us to make a good decision for our repair and further work in the future. My father found this reliable company through Google. His skepticism had him on the edge of his seat due to money hungry and unreliable companies out there! He requested service for a wall heater which he had tried to fix. Shawn showed up which I may say was pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained to my father that he failed to remove the security plastic that was tucked in the new thermostat switch. Shawn then checked the heater thoroughly and charged my dad $65! Wow, he did not take advantage of him which is commonly known to happen. This company met our expectations and Shawn was the hero of the day! Thanks to this family owned business we have a warm home.
