Shawn was the technician that visited the property and performed maintenance service on our outdoor unit. He provided friendly and professional service and we are happy to now be members of Spot On's hvac and plumbing maintenance program. Would recommend ??
Shawn was pretty awesome. This is the second time we use the company. Really fantastic people. They know how to work and they’ll handle the job immediately. I like that they came back to check on their work and not not a lot of people do that.
August 2024 - Updated Review.
Shawn from Spot-On came to service my AC unit and was really courteous and knowledgeable about my system. I know I have an older unit and he did give various options for maintenance. Overall, I am very happy with my subscription service with Spot-on and all of their techs are always friendly.

Antonio was super friendly and explained everything in detail. Showed up on time and resolved my issue quickly while giving me updates of his progress. Definitely recommend Spot On.
