My senior father called them to install an entry door lock that needed replacement. When I saw the new lock a few days later, and wasn't completely happy with a few aspects of the installation, I called and they listened to my concerns and offered to return and make it right. The locksmith Fernando returned the next morning and fixed/addressed my concerns. They also charged a fair price for the install. I wholeheartedly appreciate a business that is willing to do what it takes to keep their customers happy, especially my 90 year old father. Thanks again, Fernando!

I needed to have 4 duplicates of an old house key and 1 duplicate of an old car key made. Lowe's and Home Depot couldn't help me. I called other local locksmiths and was given outrageous price quotes of $5 to $10 for each house key and $15 to $20 for the car key. I had the house keys made for $3.50 each, and the car key made for $6. Fernando did the work this afternoon (10/1/22), and was VERY helpful. This place is actually quite close to Home Depot. I wish I had known about this place first. I highly recommend it for low prices AND great customer service.

As I remarked, I've been fascinated by this place since I was a kid. What's not to love about coming in and seeing walls completely covered with key blanks and imagining the possibilities. Now, you have to know this isn't Walmart where you can get a key made for fifty cents (or whatever it is now). However, I've also never had to return a key to have it recut here. The array of key blanks is really amazing. If you bring in a key, chances are very VERY high that you'll walk out with your key duplicated. Service is fast, very friendly and the pricing is reasonable. Additionally, I tend to find things I need in there while I wait, like keychains, locks, etc. Bottom line - I make a very conscious effort to support this small business, and YOU SHOULD TOO. Great work, fair prices, and you're helping your neighborhood.
