Called for an appointment for a haircut and they got me in the next morning (!) with Melissa. Not only was she friendly and easy to talk to, but took great care in making me feel comfortable. Gave me exactly the cut I asked for and offered other options when I was trying to decide on the style. The other stylists seemed nice too. I'll definitely be back!

Melissa has been cutting my hair and my daughters' hair for years. We now travel an hour to see her at the salon. Our experience has always been above exceptional! Not only is she very skilled in her profession, she takes her time and is never in a hurry. Melissa is very personable and makes the total experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend asking for Melissa!

I came to Boulevard because my hair stylist, Melissa came here from another salon. I followed her from the last place because she consistently does an amazing job. Before Melissa, I didn't have a preferred stylist, and I would go with whomever was available when I showed up at the previous place for a haircut, and the results of that usually showed. People would rush through and leave long hairs, or wouldn't leave a clean taper; it was usually minor annoyances that I really wouldn't notice until after I left, and then I would feel like a dumbass for not noticing until later when I looked in the bathroom mirror. It was rare that I had a haircut that left me fully satisfied; usually "Meh" at best. That was all *before* Melissa. The first time Melissa cut my hair, she did a great job, but others have as well. Usually, if I went back to a person, the second cut wasn't as good. It was pretty standard for the quality to fall off, but that wasn't the case with Melissa. Melissa has given me flawless haircuts every two weeks for probably a year now, and I have no intention of ever having anyone else cut my hair again. When Melissa retires or if she just decides to stop cutting hair, I will probably just start shaving my head. To say the least, Melissa is extremely detail-oriented and I would easily say that nobody else who has cut my hair even comes close to her in skill and quality. I would recommend her to anybody who has hair on their head.
