Stephanie Butler , helped me . Her knowledge as a relator was outstanding . She was able to market my home and bring in multiple offers. My first offer came in hours after she listed my home . She helped me navigate the best offer . Before my home went on the market she personally helped me prepare my home.. She selflessly gave me her time ( hours and Hours ) as well as advice on how I could try and keep my home because I was in pre foreclose. She is honest , caring, knowledgeable, intelligent , personable. . I will recommend Stephanie Butler to anyone and everyone who needs to buy or sell there home .
