“I came in hurting and feeling super discouraged by the pain and poor posture from my pain. The treatment I received was a medical massage it’s intensive like it hurts but you know your body needs it. Just breathe and focus on healing the parts of your body that are stuck. I enjoy d the treatment and I left standing taller and felt relief instantly. I did feel sore and bruised for a few days but it’s expected knowing Adam that irked out so much tension and nots . I feel amazing not sure if I need to come back but I feel good and should I feel I need a massage I’ll def come back to see Adam . Thanks Adam for a great healing treatment“
