Every time I've had to speak to Jacky at the office, she's had a bad attitude speaking to me and I don't know what her problem is. I used to live in Whittier and when I moved to Hollywood and tried rescheduling my driving lesson, she just kept saying "we don't service that area" instead of just telling me from the beginning what areas they do service. One day I called while I was at work to reschedule my lesson and she asked me what my permit number was and I asked, "don't you have that information already? I've already taken a lesson with you guys." and she just ignored me and said "what's your permit number?" to which I said "I don't have it on me at the moment" and so she said to call her back when I do have it. I ended up calling back but spoke to a man instead and he didn't even ask me for my permit number and he was friendly and helped me reschedule. Then I called to request a change in my pickup and drop off location and Jacky answered the phone. I told her that I was supposed to get picked up from Pico Rivera but I want to change the pickup and drop off to Whittier. She said I'm supposed to get picked up from Pico Rivera which was what I literally just said and finally she changed it for me. Overall, I have enjoyed my lessons with Cindy, she's very attentive and patient. It's just a pain having to talk to Jacky on the phone and it makes me not want to deal with this business again just because of her.

Great place. Jim, the driving instructor was awesome. The class portion was good, my daughter and I drove to the office to pick up her completion and take the writing test. She passed. Then she had Jim help her with driving skills. She passed the driving test with a 97. Highly recommend this place, one good price for class and for behind the wheel, both. They are very knowledgeable and the whole process was easy and drama free.

I enjoyed taking this course in my life. Especially because no one in my family had enough time to show me how to drive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING THIS WITH JIM!!!! I had a driving lesson with him and I learned so much. I PASSED the behind the wheel at the dmv( first try).He told so many jokes, alerted me of what I needed to do, and was so supportive! He went through the steps of preparing for the dmv quickly to me, but I understood and was caught up. He was very friendly, funny, played some serious roles, and THE MOST amazing instructor, so please take him, you won't regret it. FYI, my permit expires tomorrow and I passed today so yes I was under a lot of pressure and had a time limit, so his help was very necessary. Thank you slim Jim- eye/lean
