I will start out this review saying that Womack Construction did a fine job replacing our leach field. I give a 5 star rating on the job done, the time frame it was done in, and the guys that did the work were great! But I do want to report that 2 things happened while the work was being done, that I feel could have had a better resolution. First of all was our irrigation - we were warned that our irrigation could become damaged while the work was done. And, as we were warned, damage WAS done to the irrigation. The problem is now, we don't know where the damage occurred because after it was dug up, the dirt was replaced and we don't know where it was! We mentioned that to them at the time it was completed and the comment was "we told you it could be damaged!" Our point to saying anything was that it would not be a hard thing to flag the spot so that when the dirt goes back in, we know the area(s) to address to fix the irrigation. Obviously, it was too late for our job to tell us where the irrigation was damaged, but we would have appreciated being told that during their future jobs, they would make sure they would do that simple task!! The second thing was that A LOT of rocks were dug up and 2 things with this comment - they spent much time removing those rocks and I'm guessing we were charged for the removal. We would have appreciated having them ask if we wanted any of them. So I am assuming, first they charged us for the removal and second, they made money on the rocks! And even MORE annoying is they took rocks they had not dug up but were part of our border!! And they were not in the path of the leach field digging!! So, maybe 10 decent sized rocks were taken that were not a part of their job! We have written 2 letters about these concerns and have gotten NO response. So the point of this review, is if you use Womack, you might want to have a discussion with them ahead of time asking them to work with you if you might have irrigation involved and also, NOT to take landscaping rocks that are not involved with the job!

WOMACK CONSTRUCTION SHOULD BE RATED AS NUMBER 1 IN RESPONSE TIME, WORKMANSHIP AND OVERALL GREATNESS IN HANDLING OUR SEPTIC TANK PROBLEMS.
EACH STEP OF THE REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED ON SCHEDULE AND WITH A SMILE.
