I have a mini split with back up forced air. The original contractor had installed it incorrectly. Dominic did a great job diagnosing and sorting out the few fixes within an hour. They showed up on time and did the job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Almanor Energy.
What an amazing company! This company recently put in 2 new heating and Air conditioningunits of in our Lake Almanor cabin. They did an outstanding job. The units worked wonderfully. However, this weekend, when it's getting down into the 20s, the upstairs unit would not turn on the heater. We called their company headquarters and was told that they would immediately, take a technician off of another job and send him over ASAP. That is exactly what happened. Within about half an hour, We had the technician here and he gave us a simple lesson on why the unit failed to turn on. Apparently, it was operational error. I would highly recommend this company for their workmanship and their service and support of their customers.
They were efficient. I wasn’t over sold. The system is working great. This was a full central heat install. Service was great and the price was right. There wasn’t a lot of communication through the process (it was all done while we were out of the area) but we showed up to a new system and a warm cabin. Thanks again.
