Attendant doesn't speak English. Maybe it's owner. I made the mistake of bringing my dry cleaning here. They charge $3 ea. for shirts and slacks. They posted no business hours. Cash only. The phone # on window and price is fake. I had to involve a store neighbor to get store owner to come to the store to return my clothes. Don't come here unless you want a bad experience.Service: Leather & suede cleaning

They don't know how to do business. Service is so bad. Unprofessional quality here. I lost my clothes, the old lady didn't care and say sorry to me . Very disappointed this place . And DONT COME HERE if you don't like to waste your time and money .

The fact that there's isn't any happy customers posting is a tell tale sign and truly alarming. I often don't put too much stock in Yelp reviews when it's something trivial like dry cleaning because I figured as long as they provide the service I need what can go wrong ? You've be warned! I have been using this dry cleaning as a second choice because the one I usually go to often closed early and I can't get my clothes once I get off work by 6pm. When I discovered this lady opens until 7pm, I thought she would be the perfect choice for me. After the first two drop-offs, everything was smooth and easy. The last incident came about when I picked up my clothes on a Wednesday, she couldn't find my stuff, then realized it wasn't delivered to her shop by the cleaning boss (off-site). She called them and located by clothes but they didn't have it ready because the machine broke down. When she explained that to me, I was cool with it because it can happened so I didn't sweat the details. I asked her when can I get my clothes ? She at first said the next day which was Thursday but changed her mind saying she will closed early because she has a party to attend. I said fine I'll get it Friday. Again, she said no she also will closing early for a wedding party. By now, I'm thinking to myself why is a business closed early two days in a row.!? Then she must have sensed my displeasure, so she quickly said not to worry because she will closed late Saturday so I can come by before she closes. Since I work Saturdays, it's no big deal to me thinking it's just as well I'll swing by after work. I got off work around 4:30 and got to here to pick up. It's CLOSED again! So I called the number she had posted on the door. She picked up on the first ring and I laid into her about her not being at the store as promised. She gave me a tepid apology and said she's at a funeral! Do not EVER EVER patronize a business that don't prioritize your needs as a customer. I had to drive to this damn place three times just to get my clothes.
