I only write reviews these days to praise great products and services. Yucatan offers both. The prices are reasonable, but what sets them apart from the rest is their service. In my short time there, Michelle has gone above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of. The facility is clean and organized. I'm a customer for life.

I've had a premium membership here for 3 years and I don't know if management has changed or what but this place doesn't seem to want to maintain there beds anymore. My biggest complaint is when a bed breaks it does not get repaired in a timely manner which then limits your access to beds. The purpose of premium is so that you have an opportunity to tan in the safest beds. Now with broken beds you're limited to 1 tanning bed which sometimes can be quite a wait. Come on do better or refund partial membership fees On the other hand the girls that run the front desk are always amazing and pleasant to talk to but unfortunately they are not informed of the status of the tanning beds

I have been coming here for several months now. The venue is clean and spacious, the sauna is really hot. The customer service has been consistently great, but especially Cassidy. She's very attentive and took time to explain different types of lights and how it works, also made recommendations and always so patient and eager to help.
