I exercise a lot and though no injuries, my muscles get sore. Nancy asks me where she should focus on, and definitely customizes based on where I need the pressure stronger. She has really strong hands and clearly formal training, as good as you'd expect from a high end spa. Other pluses- impeccably clean linens, rooms and bathroom. “My go to place for when the back feels the pain from stress at work. I walked in and a new face at the counter. She told me there was new ownership. I wondered if that meant a change in quality. She lead me to a room and had me get ready. Then, she came back and said she was to me my masseuse. This nice lady knew what she was doing. I felt pretty good after her massage.
