My hair was so dried after i got perm, the lady did my hair she was overheated my hair and turn out my hair is like I got burn So bad, I rather spent more to get nice perm and moisturized shiny hair I don't recommend this place at all

My cousin asked to take off 2 acrylic nails. The owner clearly did not know how to remove acrylic and tried jamming a fake nail under the acrylic to remove it. It was really uncomfortable to watch. The cuticle clippers did not look clean as the tech had just cleaned it with some alcohol right before working on me. I felt sorry for the nail tech. Cheap price but not worth the experience.

Randomly took my mom here because she wanted a perm and haircut. I ended up getting a trim while waiting and it was the worst hair salon experience of our lives. First, half of the salon was blocked off and looked like it was used for storage or trash. Next, there were 3 people working there including the owner when we went. Two worked on hair while the third did nails. They did so many things wrong but the worst was the level of grossness when the OWNER grabbed DIRTY, USED paper to wrap my mom's hair while she was getting a perm. The lady literally saved the old squared papers from past customers in a plastic bag and took it out to perm my mom's hair! What the f******* You could see it all crumbled up in the bag. On top of that, my trim was horrible and took multiple tries and way too long for how simple the task was. The whole time she tried to convince me to dye my hair. She gave me a ridiculous price and kept lowering it when I declined. Super annoying. Also, the person doing nails just had her client sit on a chair in the waiting area (next to me) and had her soak her feet in a random tub on the floor while it was swishing around. Imagine minding your own business and then having someone's nasty bare feet splashing right next to you. It was the most unsanitary place I've encountered in a long time. This is not Vietnam. That s*** is not acceptable here. Where do I go to report this? The salon is dirtier than the bathroom. The sad part is that she kept complimenting herself saying everything looks great. It couldn't have been further from the truth. My mom gave her a picture for her haircut and it did not look right when the lady was done. My mom even pointed it out but she just argued. This place is called Phase One because it's not the finished product you're getting with them. You get crap. My mom is the sweetest person ever, but she has been bugging me nonstop to post this review.
