I searched high and low and came across with The Menopause Society website. I picked and chose and decided to consult with Dr. Shelly Coe. Dr. Coe spent the amount of time I was promised. We had an hour long discussion and I was able to express all my concerns along with my questions that I needed answered. Yes, it is self-pay and I'm well aware. Dr. Coe understood my symptoms and took the time to explain to me my concerns as well as the available options to address them. I'm comfortable with her recommendations and made me confident with my decisions. Her staff Christine was very helpful every step of the way. Going through menopause sucks! The symptoms hit me hard and fast. But being in charge of your own health and not settling for just one opinion (or lack of proper answers) is key. Finding the right doctor that will understand your issues and provide you the answers goes a long way. I'm happy I took the time to find another doctor. Well worth every penny!“

The plan sounded so daunting in the beginning I thought that I wouldn’t make it but the check in each week made it easy. You can tell that they have been doing this for long time. It’s really a formula and you follow it or you don’t. I tried a lot of things before this (intermittent fasting, weight watchers, macros, calorie counting) without much success. Because this program immediately helps you to lose weight, you feel motivated to keep on it. I’ve already recommended this to about 5 other people including my family. They follow evidence based medicine which was comforting to know since there are so many things out there and it’s hard to find what’s real. If you are thinking about this, I hope you try. I wish I had found this sooner.“

“I was a new patient but got an appointment for the next week when I called. Check in was easy and was seated in the room to see the doctor within 20 minutes of my appointment time. The doctor was very attentive and listened to my history of present illness asking questions to understand my problem. “Been getting adjusted here for years! Love this place! Dr. Hess (and his wife!) are a wealth of knowledge and just amazing humans. Dr. Hess has the ability to see past just the symptoms and advocates for preventative care. Ask lots of questions! Lol! And don't forget the rolling/massage table thingies you get to lie on right before or after your visits! I've also been getting my massages here for years as well. Love, love, love Stephanie! I see her once a month now to manage my health. She's very intuitive and sensitive, always checking in with me to communicate if I need the massage harder or softer. Wouldn't go to anyone else!“

“Gina is the best when it comes to acupuncture. I first reached out to her when I had a really bad sprained ankle and needed to get better for a volleyball tournament in 3 weeks. I didn't think it was possible but she assured me with her help that I would be ready to play. Sure enough, after a few sessions, I made it to the tournament and our team won first. Fast forward to last week, I hurt my lower back from lifting and felt a small pop. I have previously injured my back and had a 6mm herniated disc that I received an epidural for. The epidural did wonders and my back was great until this recent injury. After the small pop, I couldn't stand/sit without shooting pain. Using the bathroom was almost unbearable. Every step I took when I walked hurt so much. I knew who I had to call and Gina saw me right away. After only 2 short sessions my back is pretty much perfect! She's is amazing at what she does and I will always go see her when I need acupuncture. Don't hesitate to reach out if you are in pain. She will fix you“

“Workers Comp care is excellent and some offices with larger number of patients that they need to process with medical appointment will take an extra hour. Allowing patients opportunity to check in for appointment 15 minutes late due to frequent mid-day traffic incidents is tolerated which will affect wait times.“

Easy to talk to and more importantly very communicative. Yvette (PT) was very easy to work with and very easygoing trying to help jow to acconodate the childs needs to make session more easy. Pushes through the difficult resistance with my daughter. Experience with angelman syndrome which was hard to come by. Massage specialist victoria was awesome too. I really love staff here and i wouldnt change locations regardless the distance. I recommend this place for kiddos with extra special needs. Theyre really knowledgeable via years of experience. “This is my first experience with Hydration Room. I was warmly greeted. I have had a cold for the last few weeks and really needed a boost. I met with the nurse. She asked all the right questions and was very sweet. I moved over to the cozy couch and had the Cold & Flu IV Therapy. Feeling great. I will be back!“
