“First, I must share that I never wanted to go to a chiropractor because I didn’t like my neck adjusted. Then I injured my shoulder which led to neck pain. So I went to see Dr Kosta. He knew exactly what the problem was. He was so informative and gave me exercises to do at home. He adjusted me, then asked if he could do my neck. He knew I was reluctant, then reassured me that I didn’t have to. That there was a machine he could use instead. I was relieved and happy. I want one of those machines! I felt great after I left! The next visit I decided to let him adjust my neck. Only because I trusted him and felt safe. Now I’m addicted!

“Came here with a friend to try it out. They are doing a 20% off special for their anniversary so we upgraded to the Classic package. It was very nice and a fun way to treat ourselves. The massage and face mask was nice. The hair washing and scalp massage were very nice and my hair felt very clean and healthy after. They do blow dry your hair but it is quick and there aren't really any products used so I wouldn't suggest going there and then planning a nice dinner but if you are just going to treat yourself it is a fun way to spend an hour! I just wish they told you more about what was going on. They used a lot of tools and skills and I would love to know what they were“

I exercise a lot and though no injuries, my muscles get sore. Nancy asks me where she should focus on, and definitely customizes based on where I need the pressure stronger. She has really strong hands and clearly formal training, as good as you'd expect from a high end spa. Other pluses- impeccably clean linens, rooms and bathroom.
