“Two ladies arrived on time and did a thorough deep cleaning. I'm very satisfied with the outcome. However, when booking I used a card I wasn't planning to pay with. I was waiting for a replacement, due to fraud, of the card I planned to use. This was explained at booking. Too much of my time was wasted trying to update card on app and phone calls to ensure the correct card was used.“
