I've been going to this cleaner for at least 10 years and never had a problem but I took a pair of leather gloves in that were supposed to be sent out to a professional leather cleaner (2 to 3 weeks). When I went to pick them up turns out the guy here didn't send them out like he was supposed to and cleaned them himself. He destroyed my expensive leather gloves! I can't even get my hands in them and they're all cracked and breaking up.They did offer to replace them so now I have to go find a new pair. I am so angry they were my favorite gloves.

I have been going to them for 6 + years and never a complain. Always professional and friendly. I went to other drycleaners in the area but this one was the best. I would recommend them.
