After trying my best to work with the staff here, I've decided I need to get my parents away from this medical group as soon as possible. It's taken multiple phone calls to get a forwarding email for a simple prescription verification, which I was not able to obtain via fax. They have multiple fax numbers listed on their prescriptions and documents, none of which seem to work. Promises to return my call were never fulfilled. Very upset knowing my parents have had to deal with this nonsense.

My wife went there to see family doctor, but the front office kept insisted to see real insurance card of Anthem Bluecross, while my wife is waiting for new card. They said that digital card on phone, it was not acceptable, although the ID and group number are valid for them to bill or even my wife has been there for a long time with this office, she can not get away with the bill. I don't know what those front office people get training from, they are just pathetic and imbecile.

To start off, let me say that if you're looking for a reliable facility where all parties within this building care for your health, look somewhere else. I have been a patient here for a couple years now and have stayed because it was something I'm used to, but each time I have a walk-in appointment, I frontload myself of the horrible experience I will have and each and every time, there is always something that does not go well with the facility.
