This is THE place to replace your heels. He does it at a very affordable prices too. He said it would take a week and it did. Does a good job and very ethical as well. Asked him to resole my shoes as well and he declined saying it was still good. His shop is small and he apparently does other things such as printing and graphic design or something according to the window so don't get confused thinking you're in the wrong place. Truly is like a mom and pop shop where they have unrelated businesses together. Just don't question it. Haha.

It's not my first time using Ba Tri Shoes service. But, it's the first time I write this review because I love his shoes repairs. Much appreciated how much time he spent on repairs. Love it and highly recommend!It's not the first time I've used Ba Tri Shoes' service. But this is the first time I write a review because I like his service. This is my first time trying Ba Tri and I'm extremely happy with his service, quality, and affordability. I had 3 pairs of shoes/boots that needed new heels. They were all different sizes and he matched them perfectly. The cost was great at $5 per shoe. Bring cash?. I'm going to collect all my broken shoes and bring them back. After trying a few places closer to my home in fountain valley, I have no problem driving the extra time to come here. Totally worth it and the best I've found in the area!
