Our electrician came on time -- We didnt have to reschedule or move our lives around when the electrician was arriving. This is a big deal. Other people have arrived at the wrong time or not at all, only to give us a voicemail about an emergency job. So we were very happy to finally find an electrician who didnt treat our job like it was less than lowest priority.Warranties on parts and labor were included with service and the amount of time it was going to take was estimated correctly. I will definately be inviting them to bid on future work. We are very happy with the new laundry room hookup!
Oscar came to install a 220v line for my kiln and add some 110v power to our garage. He did a fantastic job. He was so kind and professional, and the work is excellent. We felt bad that it appeared he had not been fully briefed on the work that we were quoted from the inspector (who came the day before), and he had to take a second trip to Home Depot to complete the work. He was super kind and patient about this, even though I’m sure it may have been frustrating. The office cleared up the miscommunication right away and they communicated with me after he was finished. Needed an electrician fast and Eric arrived not 2 hours from my call. Fixed the problem quickly and was courteous and professional. Very pleased with my experience with Volta Electric.
