They were very nice, friendly and understanding about a dog food item that had worms and bugs I returned. There was no problem with replacing the food but wanted a different brand so they did that without a problem and I was satisfied.
I always have a pleasant experience when I visit Theresa's Country Feed in Westlake/ Thousand Oaks. I am always greeted by a friendly employee offering to help me.Theresa's, has a wide selection of healthy cat food: wet food, dry kibbles and delicious treats. They don't carry Tidy Cat Litter but have several other equally great options.I was inquiring about cat steps for my cat and the employee got up on a ladder and priced each size for me, which was no easy task! We bought the sweetest green cheek conure in May from Theresa's. The breeder who supplies them has the nicest birds. My daughter is over the moon in love with her little guy and he is over the moon with her. She has already potty trained him (smart little guy) and he has his own special perch in the shower (No Fragrances permitted). He is now eating a healthy veggie and fruit diet with more pellets than seed. He loves to play and snuggle. Thank you Theresa's for this lovely little guy!
