I can't believe I haven't written a review for Tyla yet. This woman is incredible. I first came to her terrified of trying something intimidating- I was worried that I would be treated poorly for not being a "skinny fit young thing" and I could not have been more welcomed!! So when I saw this Groupon lady's review below I get infuriated because her review could not be further from the truth. There are witnesses that Tyla left working her private class to the front to tell this woman someone would be right with her. She didn't even have to since the lady wasn't waiting for Pilates just the shop she rents out to a tenant. I have to say- she was not rude. She's never rude! Far from. The environment here is GREAT energy, I'm an energy worker after all and I wouldn't ever go anywhere with bad vibes. I've grown so much physically here with Tyla's help. She pushes you just far enough to always grow in your fitness journey yet she also respects when you have limitations and also modifies exercises if you're injured. I've never seen a Pilates instructor let alone a pro experienced biz owner bend over backwards more for her clients. I've met clients here who have been with her for a decade! She's the best and I highly recommend this studio. Thank you for all you do for everyone Tyla. You're selfless and loving!!
